Thank you for taking the time to fill this out so we may find ways to help all of us build a stronger foundation for our St. Paul’s community together.

We appreciate your feedback!

June Parish Picnic – Looking for Volunteers

As the warmth of spring is gradually settling in, we’re happy to announce our upcoming Parish Picnic Potluck, and we need your helping hands to make it an unforgettable event! Our community gatherings are always a highlight, and we’re eager to bring everyone together for an afternoon of fellowship, fun, and delicious food.

Date: 16th June 2024

Time: RE (last day) (10:30), Mass (12:00) & potluck cookout (13:00-16:00)

Location: Augustinian House,  ulica Krzysztofa K. Baczyńskiego 1, 05-092 ŁOMIANKI, Poland

Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a culinary novice, there’s a place for everyone at our picnic table. Here’s how you can get involved:

Food Contributions: We’re counting on your culinary creativity or lack thereof to make our potluck spread shine! Please consider bringing your favorite dish to share with the community. Whether it’s a signature family recipe, a beloved dessert, a snack, a beverage (juice, soft drinks, water) or a refreshing salad, your contribution will add flavor to our picnic feast.

Setup and Decoration: We need volunteers to assist with the set up, we need people who will assist in bringing chairs from the church (and returning them back after the picnic), setting up the stage (for mass and after), set up the speakers for the mass and picnic, chairs, and tent to create a festive atmosphere that reflects the warmth of our parish community.

Entertainment and Activities: Do you have a talent for entertaining others? We’re looking for volunteers to organize games, music, children’s entertainment or other activities to keep our guests of all ages engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon.

Cleanup Crew: After the fun comes to an end, we’ll need a team of volunteers to help clean up and ensure that our picnic area is left spotless. Your efforts will help us leave a positive impression and maintain the beauty of our parish grounds.

Your participation, no matter how big or small, will play a crucial role in making our Parish Picnic Potluck a success. It’s an opportunity to strengthen our bonds as a community and create lasting memories together.

If you’re interested in volunteering or have any questions, please reply to this email or contact me, Patricia at patriciaonwuzulike@gmail.com or +48796188694.

Let’s come together to celebrate the spirit of community and enjoy a day of fellowship, food, and fun at our Parish Picnic Potluck! Hope to see you all.
